Once we've developed our first ambitious vision for our ideal life, we must make it a reality. No vision can come to life unless we have evidence and patterns of activity that show this is our new reality. What you do on a daily basis and who you choose to be will eventually come true. It doesn't imply we have to make drastic changes right now. Everything takes time. Remember that you are now the person you considered and accepted. You picked the behaviors, and you have confirmation that it is you. Although it seems clear, there is still much work to be done if we want to improve and better understand ourselves. If something isn't serving you, it's a good idea to reflect on your beliefs about it. Check out our blog "Beliefs that hold us back" to learn how to fix this. We are in this built person's comfort zone, and humans dislike moving outside of it since it is unknown. So be gentle with yourself if you slide back into your comfort zone of what you know. You may always try again. Life is whatever you make of it. You become who you are. There are no limits; just those you perceive to be true.
First look at your “Dream me” you have created. Read the article before. Example what we created:
After you have written down your big dream version of you and your life we have to claim it. Let us reflect on these questions.
1. What are the acts I need to take to become that version?
Write out the actions you believe will help you get there. Brainstorm both little and large ideas. Right now, we can write down whatever that comes to mind.
2. Let's get specific now. What will really work for you right now?
They must be specific and real. Consider what you'd like to try and then test it out. Write as thorough as possible. Perhaps write down the precise podcast you want to listen to or visit a certain page.
3. Let's make them a reality by putting them on our calendars as reminders.
Consider how many times you want to do this. If you like it, you can start small and gradually increase your time spent doing that. As I previously stated, we may go back into our comfort zone, and it is best to try to recover gradually. Only you know when you're prepared for anything.
What is left is only beginning to act and live in it. Don't worry, even if you took a lengthy break, you can always come back. Your behaviors gradually become ingrained in you, and it becomes normal to do. You learned to wash your teeth every day, so you can definitely discover new things that will benefit you in your new future that you are creating.
There are numerous approaches to take and experiment with, but for the moment, we are starting small and gradually increasing our commitment. If you follow up with what we're writing, you'll begin to learn new things about how I work, and soon things will be so simple since they're a part of you.
We are very proud of you for embarking on your new adventure to a better future. Leave us a comment if you discovered something new about yourself.
